Tested this with My Dress-Up Darling and Ranking of Kings. The program downloads both "Spanish" audio files and CC subtitles and muxes them into the mkv.

I think the change shouldn't break anything, since all the needed information needed for identifying the language is stored separate (e.g. cr_locale)
