Do you have support for subtitle files? Does stremio have? I never though about this

For example the page I am geting embeds includes also the subtitles

How to take that link and use it so subtitles shows too when we play it on stremio?

Yes would be possible in many cases and yes, stremio can do that. I'm just too lazy to check it out
