https://einschalten.in/api/movies/280217/watch returns {"releaseName":"The.Lego.Movie.2.2019.German.AC3D.BDRip.x264-GSG9","streamUrl":"https://vide0.net/e/skjq75smvy6k"} and 280217 is the TMDB ID

it doesn't get any easier than that :D
