Not sure why it’s refusing but making sure there are alternative ways of handling it. Too bad the headers changes broke this entirely, praying that this fixes it
3rd button for YouMod migration, it will let you remove most saved uYouEnhanced settings after migrating the settings over to YouMod, offering a cleaner and a smoother solution of leaving uYouEnhanced without a trace. However this option is honestly not recommended because it doing that to uYouEnhanced. But it’s beneficial for YouMod I suppose.
Should still work with versions 19.30.2+ but backwards compatibility has been stripped entirely. And also structure has been modernized with new calls. So it should work as intended on much more modern versions of YouTube too.
the changed ELMContainerNode within uYouPlus.h is now a custom header with additions that uYouEnhanced will need. Fixing broken options that rely on custom stuff
YTNoModernUI is gone now, it’s compatibility in modern versions broken it entirely. Other options in uYouEnhanced may not capture YTNoModernUI but you can aim to try replicating some of it’s ui.
Big changes to uYouEnhanced.
Other changes I’d like to mention is the removal of deleted A/B flags in modern YouTube versions and also deprecating stuff before I remove them in future uYouEnhanced updates.
And I hope this optimizes uYouEnhanced to work better on YouTube 21.10.2+. Just please don’t expect it to be backwards compatible.
Reason: trying to fix uYouEnhanced with a simplified version of the feature. But I’d recommend using YouMod for anyone reading this! https://github.com/Tonwalter888/YouMod
Reason: Recent versions of YouTube had removed the overlay meaning this option is no longer needed. Thanks to bhackel for making this addition though!
I also did other changes in this commit to optimize things for 21.10.2 or higher versions of YouTube.
