Mehakdeep Singh 39a532e88a perf(android): use Skia renderer to fix v8.0 scroll and tab jank ... Impeller became the Android default when the v8.0 native image decoder bumped Flutter, and it janks app-wide on many Android devices (reader scrolling, cover grids, anime/manga tab switching). Falling back to Skia via EnableImpeller=false restores the pre-v8.0 smoothness. iOS is unaffected and keeps Impeller.		2026-07-31 16:58:39 -07:00
