flutter analyze flags rust_builder/cargokit/build_tool/** with false errors (undefined names / missing URIs) because that vendored flutter_rust_bridge build tool is a separate package whose deps aren't resolved in the app's analysis context. it's build-time only, not app code — exclude it so analyze reflects the actual app. (surfaced by the new CI analyze job; app lib/ is clean.)
