KhooLy 09f717f4a5 feat: confirm before per-provider disconnect in settings ... The per-provider disconnect button inside SettingsAccountSheet fired immediately with no confirmation, unlike the bulk "disconnect all" row which already shows an AlertDialog. Add the same confirmation step per provider, reusing the existing settings.disconnect_confirm string.
