KhooLy 09b7840ce0 ci: explicitly fetch tags before computing release note range ... actions/checkout's fetch-depth: 0 doesn't reliably fetch other tag refs on its own, so git describe found no previous tag and the release notes silently fell back to the entire repo history.		2026-06-18 22:36:42 +03:00
