Lahfir 77178e0f83 test: measure the windows runner and the uia end-of-list discriminator ... Sub-phase 2.2 unit U1. Converts four inferences into evidence before the Rust that depends on them is written: the runner session, window station and interactivity; whether a window the probe process creates itself is visible, non-zero-rect and walkable from a second MTA thread; the exact code()/result() pair the real uiautomation crate returns at sibling exhaustion and at a forced enumeration failure; and whether a password control leaks its content through Value, Name or HelpText. The workflow triggers on pull_request, not only workflow_dispatch: GitHub dispatches a workflow only when the file exists on the default branch, and every Windows sub-phase lands on feat/windows-adapter rather than on main, so a dispatch trigger alone would never run on the branch that needs the measurement.
