Add buffer settings UI, OkHttp migration, and parallel TCP downloads
...
- Add BufferSettings data class with configurable min/max buffer, playback
buffer, target buffer size (auto from heap), back buffer, and parallel
connections toggle
- Add settings UI sections for buffer configuration and back buffer
- Migrate media downloads from DefaultHttpDataSource to OkHttpDataSource
with HTTP/1.1, 8000ms timeouts, and connection pooling
- Add ParallelRangeDataSource for progressive downloads using 3 parallel
TCP connections with 8MB chunks and buffer pool to reduce GC
- Add DefaultLoadControl with dynamic targetBufferBytes (60% free heap)
and setPrioritizeTimeOverSizeThresholds(false) to prevent OOM
- Add DefaultBandwidthMeter with 50 Mbps initial estimate
- Enable largeHeap in AndroidManifest for TV devices
