Bridge pre-rewrite cmp-rewrite history

Preserve the current cmp-rewrite tree while reconnecting the pre-force-push lineage at de3b218c1. This lets existing fork PRs compare against their real branch points instead of showing the rewritten cmp-rewrite history as new changes.
